I enjoyed his honesty

So much of this book was tough to read, but I’m glad I pushed through. The hatred that Malcolm X had for white people was understandable. His personal story was fascinating, and he was so intuitive and forthright. I found myself mourning his death, angry at the loss, particularly considering how much his perspective changed in the last few years of his life. I would have loved to see who he might have become.
