Why are you reading this book?
It’s been a while since I’ve let Michael Pollan tell me how to eat.
What is the first line?
Eating in our time has gotten complicated – needlessly so, in my opinion.
Describe the book in haiku form:
Michael Pollan says,
“Eating doesn’t have to be
so complicated!”
Anything else you’d like to say?
The day after reading this, I was already altering some of my habits. Like, eating until I’m no longer hungry instead of eating until I’m full. Such a simple distinction!
