Why are you reading this book?
Nalle30! (Oh wait, the book came first. I’m reading it because I’ve been wanting to tackle and elimination diet for a while, and Whole30 seemed like a plausible way to do it. And when I realized that my house would be willing to do this together, I read the book to be fully prepared.)
