While reading this book, I bought no less than four types of cheese. There were many nights that I ate a hunk of cheese with a simple pairing – roasted vegetables…an American take on saucisson…penne coated with brown butter and sautéed mushrooms (what I’m eating in this photo), a large glass of wine… It was a good week.
